What do you think the job of a Feldwebel is:
- The regimental hardass, will be expected to go hard on the men.
- Is in charge of discipline, if discipline is lacking, it falls on his shoulders.
- Does any administrative duties the Kompanie Offizier needs
- Is second in command of the Rekrut Zug, and will talk to each new rekrut, and make sure that they understand what is expected of them.
- Will be instructed to lead training by an Offizier if necessary.
Why would you make a good Feldwebel: I am willing to do these things and have had this position before, so I have the experience.
If you were to become Feldwebel what changes would you try to make to the 4te: I would, honestly, want to see a few changes regarding discipline. PTS, respecting your offizier's decisions, etc. I also think that people should not be given the rank of offizier if they are not respected by their men. If the men question every single order, then they are no longer orders. They become suggestions. This is unacceptable.
Previous leadership experience: Second Leutnant, Feldwebel, etc.
